Pricing Policy
We pride ourselves on being honest, professional and reliable. That extends to our pricing policy, we have numerous ways of ensuring that you are charged fairly and we will never charge more than our quoted rates.
Day Rates
We will always charge you our daily rate if it is cheaper than the total of our hourly charges.
Mobile Phones
Our engineers will sometimes have to take business related calls whilst they are at your premises. We will do our best to keep this to a minimum and you will not be charged for any time spent in this way.
Out of Area Jobs
Our standard trading area is within 10km of our base in Woking. For calls outside of this area we will charge travel time at the quoted rate. You will be informed of this when you make an enquiry so there’ll be no surprises!
